TITLE(K) 벽화 애니메이션 프로젝트 #1, 2 (since 2005) TITLE(E) DIRECTOR 신현정 ADDITION color, 2D 애니메이션 CATEGORY 작가기획전 상영 2009 LINK SYNOPSIS    <벽화 애니메이션 프로젝트 #1 - 도시를 부유하는 것들│1min │2006>  <벽화 애니메이션 프로젝트 #2 - 장전동│3min 40sec│2008>   드로잉, 사진, 애니메이션 기법이 결합된 벽화 애니메이션 프로젝트는 개발이 난무하는 도시 이면의 낡은, 혹은 부수기 직전인 벽들의 아름다움을 예찬하고 탐험하기 위해 자연스럽게 시작되었다. 목탄으로 그려지는 이미지들은 특정한 의미를 담지않고 그저 손끝에서 즉흥적으로, 이미 생성된 벽의 무늬를 따라 흐르듯이 나타난다. 이 이미지들은 드로잉이 생성된 장소에서 채집된 사운드-내러티브에 반응하며 영상으로 전환된다. 작고 빈번한 여정에서 나를 감싸던 적막한 공기, 불려나온 이미지, 들었던 소리, 마주쳤던 낯선 얼굴이 함께 섞여들어 간다. The mural animation project began naturally, combining techniques of drawing, photography, and animation, in order to praise and experiment the beauty of rustic or about-to-tear-down walls behind the face of the city where development is rampant. Images drawn by charcoal appear as though flowing after patterns of the walls that are previously made, without incorporation particular meaning but merely improvised at the tip of my fingers. The images are transformed to an audiovisual reaction to the sound-narrative collected from places where drawings have been created.
