TITLE(K) 결과 그의 몸에 관한 기억속에서 TITLE(E) Aftermath in the memory of his body DIRECTOR 다니엘 영,노스 찬,크리스토퍼 라우Daniel Yeung, Nose Chan and Christopher Lau ADDITION 홍콩 | 2004 |14' | DV | color CATEGORY 작가기획전 상영 2009 LINK SYNOPSIS   네마프2009 사전 특별기획<네마프! 아시아 실크로드 특별전> 섹션1: Day of HongKong 60min 홍콩의 날 <홍콩의 실험영상>   안무가：다니엘 영 촬영팀：노스 찬、크리스토퍼 라우 음악：칼리쉬모스、칼 파이 삼슨 영 "결과"는 안무가와 비디오아티스트가 "죽어가는 사람에 관한 기억"에 대해서 접근하는 방식을 다루고 있다. 실험을 위해서 사람의 몸을 물건처럼 다루면서 시간과 공간이라는 관점을 이끌어내는 것이다. 죽은 사람의 영혼이 떠돌아다니는 시간은 그 사람이 죽기직전에 했던 생각을 회상하는 시간과 같다. 시체가 부패해가는 것은 여전히 삶의 한 과정으로 여겨진다. 마치 몸으로부터 나온 피가 다른 세계로 가는 것처럼 말이다. 여기서 우리는 잠재의식과 우주공간이 서로의 모습을 반영한다는 사실을 알아야 한다. 오래된 중국의 속담 " 생은 죽음 후에도 계속된다"라는 말처럼 Aftermath investigates how the choreographer’s and video artists’ approach the subject of the "memory of a dying body".  Taking the body as both the object and subject for examination, this piece abstracts the "time and space" of a dying body. The time travel of a spirit or the soul parallel to the "flash-back" happens in one’s mind right before his/her body dies, the decaying body is still a continuity of living, a part of life process: like the blood comes out from the body and enter into another cosmos. Here, we start to see the inner space and the outer space reflects each other. As the old Chinese expression says: "life happens after death".We dedicate this piece to the loved ones who died around us, but their memories are still alive.
